A year like no other. Not so long ago our vibrant community came to a screeching halt through a Shelter in Place order. As essential workers caring for helpless animals we carried on in spite of personal concern. We have seen scarcity of supplies?.lack of information?.loss?.learning?.and yet we are not yet whole.

Fundraising events often provide the lifeblood for our work but for the safety of ALL we have postponed, converted to virtual, and even canceled Fur Ball leaving a deficit of around $150,000.
